Ray Pucci is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and works out of its Delhi, NY real estate office.

Ray and his wife Janet moved to the Catskill Mountains from the New York Citymetropolitan area in the mid-1980’s and became active members of the Delhi community. Ray is a past president of the Delhi Chamber of Commerce and worked as President of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, managing the county and regional tourism promotion programs. It was during his tenure that the area enjoyed a renewed boost of interest and a new image for the Catskill Mountains.

As Director of Technology and Training for Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, Ray works to ensure that our agents have the most advanced real estate promotion tools available to them. His knowledge of websites, social media, and productivity programs keeps him and our agents on the cutting edge.
